Charlotte Bowden is the founder of Bow & Co Group Ltd, with over a decade of experience in account management, client relationships and sales always with one focus: putting people first.
After more than five years working in business support and coaching, Charlotte founded Bow & Co Group to create something she felt was missing genuinely personalised, commercially grounded support for founders who are serious about growth.
With a particular passion for female entrepreneurship, Charlotte works closely with female founders to help them build businesses that are not only ambitious, but protected, structured and set up to last. She understands the unique challenges that come with being a woman in business and she's built her practice around helping others navigate them with clarity and confidence.
Charlotte is also the Founder of a Female Business Leaders Programme which brings together leaders across the region who are scaling up, connecting and driving innovation.
